I think we have to look at the main problem with the development. I moved to Castle Donington because I wanted to live in a village with its rural heritage and get involved with a close knit village community.

I moved away from a town where there was no countryside on the doorstep and no community spirit.

If you want a town move out of the village - seek Derby or Nottingham to realise your lifestyle! Don't destroy a village because you want the town!
